Ahhhh the internet... slow as dial-up is, it's my only option right now. After having cable for 9 years, moving to a rural town has forced me to return to the stone age... dial-up access. I am on the waiting list for broadband cable but have been told it could be up to a year before I get it. Basically, the bandwidth is maxxed out so I have to wait for 194 people ahead of me to disconnect! So... long story short... I still have no idea when we'll be able to get PCR back up and running, dial-up just isn't going to support it. Hope everyone is surviving and enjoying the real world, I'll see you again when I can.

The PC Realm server is physically relocating to a new city and will be shut down effective Saturday, June 21st for the move. There is a waiting list at the new location for broadband connectivity so we have to stay down until there is an opening. PC Realm is definately re-opening as soon as possible and everything will be saved before the move so all your accounts, houses, etc will be saved. As we are switching ISP's there will be a new IP address to connect to and we will email every member with the new IP address once we re-open.
And... during the down time... we will be working on fully implementing Heartwood and the rest of the elven content. There will be new creatures, new skills, new items, new craftables, new dungeons, new quests, and the new elven city of Heartwood! So, you all have a ton of new content to look forward to when we re-open.
When we know a definate date for our internet connection it will be posted it here.
For new members who submit account requests after June 14th, we will respond to your request with your login information after we have re-opened.

That's right, after being gone for a bit, PC Realm is re-opening with a brand new face. We've re-done the entire website, and re-built the world using a new server software package!
So for all of you who were previous members of PC Realm, WELCOME BACK!!
