Staff members will never ask for your account login or password inworld so please do not
tell anyone your information, for any reason!
If you have a question and cannot find the answer on this website, please feel free to page
a staff member inworld. To do this, click the Help button which is located on your Paperdoll
and on the top menu bar. Then select the second blue gem, beside Request GM Assistance.
Guides will usually be your first point of contact for assistance. They have been accepted
into this staff position as trustworthy and knowledgeable players. You can trust them to assist
you and answer your questions honestly and fairly.
Administrators spend a great deal of their efforts on world maintenance and development issues
but also contribute to community relations and events.
Only official PC Realm Guides can have Guide preceding their name. Any player found
impersonating a staff member will be banned immediately.

PC Realm is a new but growing community so we are always looking for trustworthy,
knowledgeable players who would like to volunteer some time helping other players get started.
If you know the lay of the land, how to build skills, where to find quests, what information is available
on the website (and where), and have patience, then we'd love to hear from you.
We do provide training and support to our team but ideally you should have at least 30 days as an active
player in PC Realm. What is REQUIRED to be considered for a Guide position in PC Realm is a friendly,
easy-going, patient, and polite attitude. Guides are ambassadors for PC Realm, our staff are NOT pretentious or
high-and-mighty, we are all just people!
